Councilmembers Moen. eT s, Schneider and Crain The ftHaming members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its ~Ian: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 356 APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR RDC PROPERTIES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF ZACHARY LANE, NORTH OF THE SAGAMORE DEVELOPMENT (84030) WHEREAS, RDC Properties has requested approval of reclassification of Land Use Guiding for an approximate 40 acre parcel located east of Zachary Lane, north of the Sagamore Development from Public/Semi-Public to LA -1 (low density residential) and LA -3 (high medium density residential); and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled public hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use guiding for RDC Properties for approximately 40 acres located east of Zachary Lane, north of the Sagamore Development from Public/Semi-Public to LA -1 (low density residential) and LA -3 (high medium density residential), subject to the conditions as stated in Resolution No. 84- 357 that approves the Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan, and in accordance with Exhibit 84030. FUR: HER, Approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject to the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council, and the Final Plat/Plan which shall be approved by the City Council prior to finalization of the Amendment. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon we being taken therew , the ftilowing voted In avor thersofs Mayor Davenport.
