Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and coved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 355
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDIwANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 47TH AVENUE NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE (RPUD 84- 3) (84011)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
the northeast corner of 47th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane from FRD (future
restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential)
District in conjunction with approval of Final Plat for Wooddale;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Wooddale to be
filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
