Bk the follodwy meters more pe+ssswt: mayor Revenwr=n,_ i ln�lars i oe�' n ileril s The wro : none Coupcilmember Neils lwtrsdros1 the follow" Reselutien an/ swell Its adoonent RESOLUTION NO. 84- 352 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR STEEPLE- CHASE FOR LU DGREN BROTHERS CONSRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED (64047) I MPUD 63-1) WHEREAS, The City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Steeple Chase; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYNDUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be net prior to recording and related to said Plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Street names shall comply with the City Street Nwing System. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association documents, coven- ants, and restrictions, as approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the Final Plat. 5. Execution of the approved Development Contract. 6. Submittal of written acknowledgement of, and concurrence with the Agreement ap- proved under Resolution No. 84-261 regarding segmented review of the Mixed Plan- ned Unit Development. 7. Outlot A and B shall be deeded to the City with the filing of the Final Plat. 8. Item No. 14.16 of the Development Contract, and Item 22 D of the May 299 1984 Engineer's Memorandum shall be revised to read as follows: "Construction access shall be via Dunkirk Lane except if Dunkirk Lane is closed. The Engineering De- partment shall notify the petitioner of days and/or times Dunkirk Lane is inac- cessible, when able to do so, and petitioner will use alternate routes.
