Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the th day of June 1984.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 350
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR CITY OF
MINNEAPOLIS FOR VICKSBURG WEST 2ND ADDITION (82066) (MPUD 83-1)
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Vicksburg West 2nd Addition as requested by Lundgren Brothers Construction Company on
behalf of the City of Minneapolis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be wet prior to
recording and related to said Plat:
1. Compliance with applicable portions of the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Execution of the approved Development Contract
3. Submittal of written acknowledgement of, and concurrence with the Agreement
approved under Resolution No. 84-261 regarding segmented review of the
MPUD.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly eeoseded by
