Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and mowed its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 345
APPROVING MIXED USE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR LYMAN LUMBER COMPANY
AND GONYEA INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR GLEN ECHO P%.!DS (MPUD 84-1)(84008)
WHEREAS, Lyman Lumber Company and Gonyea Investment Company have requested approval for
an MPUD Final Plan/Plat for Glen Echo Ponds, a plat for 39 single family residential
lots, one industrial lot, and four outlots, located south of 15th Avenue North, north
of 11th Avenue North, and west of Pineview Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MPUD Final Plan/Plat and
Development Contract for Lyman Lumber Company and Gonyea Investment Company for Glen
.Echo Ponds (MPUD 84-1) located south of 15th Avenue North, north of 11th Avenue North,
and west of Pineview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Counrilmembers,Moen. Neils.
