Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2st day of May 19B4.

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 341
AUTHORIZING THE PRIVATE SALE OF A TAX FORFEIT PARCEL
BY HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, parcel identification number 32-118-22-21-0009 has been classified as non -
conservation land by Hennepin County pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282; and
WHEREAS, the County has asked the City to either convey such land for public purpose
or approve it for sale; and
WHEREAS, parcel identification number 32-118-22-21-0009 is required for road right-
of-way purposes for 12th Avenue North; and
. WHEREAS, the City has determined that this road right-of-way function can be
preserved over the parcel through perpetual easement rather than conveyance; and
WHEREAS, the adjacent property owner has expressed an interest in acquiring this
parcel;
NOW, THEREFOhE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minesota,
that it should and hereby does declare tax forfeit parcel 32-118-22-21-0009 a sub-
standard parcel from a zoning and development perspective and authorizes the private
s-' of said property to the adjacent property owner subject to a perpetual easement
across over, under and through the entirety of the parcel to the City of Plymouth for
road right-of-way purposes.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by council-
membgr Moen s. and upon vote being taken thereon,_
following v0 n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Moen
Schneider and Neils
The following voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas t .
