Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 340
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which has become
the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conservation land
and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Cowis-
sioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by
said Board of Commissioners of the parcels of land described as non -conservation land

FURTHER, that the parcels be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public
use as hereinafter shown:

FURTHER, that Resolution No. 84-213 is hereby rescinded.
