Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymuth, Minnesota, was held on t-9--- _ dap of may 1984
The following Demers were present: Mayor Davenport. Council members _ en, Neils,
_Schneider_and Crain

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-339
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has
to divide an existing City owned
privately owned parcels as follows:
Existing Legal Description:
City Owned Parcel -
Privately Owned Parcels -
The new parcels to be created are:
requested approval of a lot division/consolidation
parcel and consolidate it with the two adjacent
Lot 19, Block 1, Imperial Hills
Lot 4, Block 7, Imperial Hills 4th Addition
Lot 18, Block 1, Imperial Hills
Lot 10, Block 2, Imperial Hills 5th Addition
Parcel A - Lot 4, Block 7, Imperial Hills 4th Addition and all of that
part of Lot 19, Block 1, Imperial Hills lying northwesterly of
of the following line: Beginning at the southwest corner
of said lot, thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line
of said lot at a distance of 55.00 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described. Thence northeasterly,
parallel to and 55.00 feet distance from the southeasterly
line of said lot, to its termination at the northeasterly
line of said lot.
Parcel B - Lot 18, Block 1, Imperial Hills and all that part of Lot 19,
Block 1, Imperial Hills lying southeasterly of the following
line: Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot, thence
northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said lot a
distance of 55.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line
to be described. Thence northeasterly, parallel to and 55.00
feet distance from, the southeasterly line of said lot, to its
termination at the northeasterly line of said lot.
Parcel C - Lot 10, Block 2, Imperial Hills 5th Addition and all that part
of Lot 19, Block 1, Imperial Hills lying Northwesterly of the
following line: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said lot,
thence Northwesterly along Southwesterly line of said lot a
distance of 55.00 ft. to the point of beginning of the line to
be described. Thence Northeasterly, parallel to and 55.00 ft.
distance from, the Southeasterly line of said lot, to its
termination at the Northeasterly line of said lot.

Except that part lying Southwesterly of the following line:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 19, thence North-
easterly along Northwesterly line of said lot a distance of
128.53 ft. to the point of beginning of the line to be des-
cribed. Thence Southeasterly at right angles to the North-
westerly line of said lot to a point on the Southeasterly line
Of said lot, said point being 128.53 ft. from the Southwest
corner of said lot, and there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County;
and
FUTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to exercise Quit Claim
Deeds conveying ownership of Lot 19, Block 1, Imperial Hills to the respective
adjacent property owners.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following voted n favor thereof: Mayo—Favenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
