the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was h! d on the

Coqn4ilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and
Moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 335
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 903
NORTHEAST SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 903; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent easements
are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expendient in the
interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens
of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence
condemnation proceedings for Project No. 903 for the following described easement
over the following described parcel::
. DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL:
The North 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Pin #12-118-22-33-0001
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A perpetual easement 20 feet in width for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and
across that part of the above described parcel.
The centerline of which is described as commencing at the Southeast corner of
said North half of South half; thence on an assumed bearing of South 87 degrees
08 minutes 13 seconds West along the South line of said North half of South half
a distance of 449.55 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be
described; thence North 28 degrees 44 minutes 36 seconds West 27.79 feet; thence
South 87 degrees 08 minutes 13 seconds West 356.10 feet; thence North 5 degrees
33 minutes 03 seconds West 343.12 feet; thence North 27 degrees 25 minutes 57
seconds West 311.12 feet to a point on the North line of said North half of
South half distant 987 feet West from the Northeast corner thereof and
there terminating.
Together with a temporary construction easement 100 feet in width, being 70 feet
to the right and 30 feet to the left of the above described centerline.
Said temporary construction easement to expire December 31. 1985 or upon
completion of construction, whichever occurs first.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
