Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
21st day of May , 1984. The following members were
present. or Davenport, Councilmem ers Moen -7 -Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following memDeFT were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 84- :334
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS
AMBER WOODS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 12, 1984, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with respect to the improvement of
the Amber Woods Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of ornamental residential
street lights; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 21, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
w1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street lighting
in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429,011 to 429,111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improve-
ment of $257.70 per month.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
18th day of June, 1984, in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the
Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ToT wing voted in Favor eery: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
