Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgaqlor meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
May , 1984. The followingniers were present: Ma or Davenport,
ounc mem er n, Neils, Schneider and Gra n The follow ng members were
a sent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 333
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - ANHURST 7TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 21, 1984, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Amhurst 7th Addition by the Iiistallation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council May 21, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA.
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed I.. he Council resolutions
adopted May 21, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen 'and upon vote being taken thereo, the
following vote n favor thereof: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schnpirier and !Grain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
