Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of
0 Md , 1984. The following members were present
Counci mem ers oen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The followingmem members were
absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 330
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 405
POND BC -P42
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 9, 1984, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosenc, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvement of Pond BC -P42 in accordance with the Storm Drainage
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes miscellaneous drainage facilities and
necessary appurtenances of Pond BC -P42; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 21, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the Assessment Committee is to review said report and make
their recommendation to the City Council as to the method of
assessment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
rollowing voted In avor t ereoT:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain _ .
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
