Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day os
May , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following exbers were
absent: none
Councilmember Crain Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PH03ECT 426
CARLSON ENTER ANNEX AND ADOACENT AREA
STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 2, 1904, a report
has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. with respect to the ioprov~nt of
Carlson Center 3rd Addition and the adjacent streets of Zinnia Larne, Berkshire
Lane and County Road 15; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of 7 -ton bituminous stmt
with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary seoer, eater -air:
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 21, 19ft;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report Is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the Assessment Committee is directed to review the sport
and make recommendation to the City Council as to the w*tNW of
assessment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secandio by
