Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
May , 1984. The following members were present flavor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 328
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 403
HADLEY WOODS ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 9, 1984,
3 report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Assoclats, Inc.,
with respect to the improvements in the Hadley Woods Addition by the
construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on February 27,1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
0 Resolution adopted January 9, 1984.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o n ilmember Moen 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
. Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: nnnp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
