HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-327CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of M , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers oen, Neils. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 327 ORDERING PROJECT NO. 414 DEVRIES 3RD ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 5, 1984, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associats, Inc., with respect to the improvements in the DeVries 3rd Addition by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on April 16, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted March 5, 1984. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
