Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of
May , 1984. The following members were present:Mavor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain. The following members were
absent: none _
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 325
IVY PARR ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a pettiion has been received from Kurt Laughinghouse requesting the
installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances on Hamel Road from the west
line of Nathan Trails Addition to approximately 350 feet west thereof in the Ivy
Park Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the petition is referred to the City Engineer to be placed on file to be
considered with the plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: noise
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
