Pdrsuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the list day of
may , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
C-ouncilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain. The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION ND. 84-324
RECEIVING PETITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT ON SENIUM LANE - HERITAGE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from John Karoo requesting installation of
sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street wit'► concrete curb and
gutter and all necessary appurtenances on Renium Lane in the Heritage West Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the petition is accepted and placed on file to be considered with the plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
