HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-322Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May . 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenpor , Couunncilmembers Men, RMs, — Schneider and Crain o members were absent: none �f Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 322 DIRECTING REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO FRD (FUTURE RESTRICTED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF URBAN UTILITIES. WHEREAS, the City Council upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission has approved the rezoning of those properties in the City which do not have municipal sewer and water available, and which have been zoned other than FRD, to FRD (future restricted development) District, which is the appropriate District for such properties; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council recognize there are certain properties where municipal utilities may become available in the near future subject to pending or possible development proposal by the owners; .NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the administrative staff to prepare an Ordinance rezoning the following properties to FRD (future restricted development) District subject to the criteria listed below: PARCELS PIN 10-118-22-41-0001; and 31-18-22-21-0039/0040. 1. The Final Plat and executed Development Contract for the plat shall be approved by the City Council on or before November 1, 1984. The plat and Development Contract will include the necessary plans and other legal and financial agreements necessary for the extension of urban utilities to the property. FURTHERMORE, be it hereby resolved that Resolution No. 84-147 is rescinded. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain and upon.vote being taken thereon, the fo owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Sound members Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: npne thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ado". .
