. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May . 1984.

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 84- 321
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR METAL MASTERS INC. (A-741)
WHEREAS, A Site Plan for Metal Masters Inc. located at 5475 County Road 18, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 77-321; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in 'he form
of a bond in the amount of $7,673.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site
IDPerformance Guarantee, Bond No. 206266 in the amount of $7,673.00 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Metal Masters Inc. located at 5475 County Road 18.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen ,,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follawring voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
