'P1wsuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on �lst t day of M 1984.
The following wwhers were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Pa s,
Schneider and Crain _
The following members were absent: nnna
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 84- 320
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BOBCO, INC. (A-821)
WHEREAS, A Site Plan for Bobco, Inc. located at 9806 10th Avenue North, was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 80-876; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form
of a bond in the amount of $23,490.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site
Performance Guarantee, Bond No. 5364 01 63 in the amount of $23,490.00 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Bobco, Inc., located at 9806 10th Avenue
North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following�' t : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
