RESOLUTION NO. 84- 318
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE 5TH ADDITION (A-755)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition as requested by Builders Development, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMDUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
