Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
tlw City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May . 1104.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schnei er and Crain
of owing members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 317
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE STH
ADDITION (A-755)
WHEREAS, Builders Development, Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat for Wind
Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition, for 16 single family lots located at Pineview Lane
and 54th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Builders Development, Inc. for wind Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition, a
plat for 16 single family lots located at Pineview Lane and 54th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken t ereon, the
fol.loubm voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilrtiembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
