adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 315
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR
PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR DEERWOOD ESTATES PLAT THREE (A-784)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract
for Deerwood Estates Plat Three as requested by Parklands Development Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
5. The final plat mylars shall contain a statement referring that the plat is
part of approved RPUD 81-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
