Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgqulat meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of Ma . 1984.

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 314
APPROVING FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMEtiT COMPANY
FOR DEERWOOD ESTATES PLAT THREE (A-784)
WHEREAS, Parklands Development Company has requested approval for Final Plan and Plat
for Deerwood Estates Plat Three, for 22 single family lots located in the southeast
corner of the overall Deerwood Meadows RPUD;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plan/Plat and Development
Contract for Parklands Development Company for Deerwood Estates Plat Three, a plat
for 22 single family lots located in the southeast corner of the overall Deerwood
Meadows RPUD; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
