Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r2jular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the 21stof = _ 1984.

_founcilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 312
REAFFIRMING APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND VARIANCES FOR DONALD
POUPARD (82050)
WHEREAS, Donald Poupard has requested reaffirmation for approval of a Site Plan,
Conditional Use Permit and Variances for a 4,900 sq. ft. Class I Restaurant to be
located southeast of 27th Avenue North and Annapolis Lane; and,
• WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, the request for reaffirmation is based upon the same application materials
and request as submitted in 1982 which was approved by the City Council on December
6, 1982 through Resolution No. 82-633;
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Donald Poupard for
reaffirmation of the approval for a Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and Variances
for a 49900 sq. ft. Class I Restaurant to be located southeast of 27th Avenue North
and Annapolis Lane, subject to the following:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum dated October 12, 1982.
2. Compliance with all conditions as stated in Resolution No. 82-633.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co ncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
