RESOLUTION NO. 84- 309
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LYDIN WANG, CHIN YUEN RESTAURANT INC. (84027)
WHEREAS, Lydin Wang, Chin Yuen Restaurant Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional
Use Permit to operate a carry -out service from the restaurant located at 10820 State
Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the matter at a duly called Public
Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMM OF THE CITY OF PLYIEUTN,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lydin fang, Chin Yuen
Restaurant Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a carry -out service from the
restaurant located at 10820 State Highway 559 subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the tenant as operator of the facility and shall not
be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display sales or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
7. The approved Lot Consolidation shall be filed at Hennepin County.
