Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _21st day of
May , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Council bars Moen. Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-308
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 84- 307
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation of a
drainage and utility easement in the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 26; and
WHEREAS, the vacation is only necessary if the developer proceeds with the platting
of the proposed addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution
vacating the aforedescribed drainage and utility easement
until such time as the following conditions occur:
a. The City Council has approved the final plat of Word of
God Assembly of God Addition.
b. The developer has executed the development contract for
the Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereei, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneidgr and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
