Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arhe ulaar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of
May , 1984. The following members wjre present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen Neils, Schneider and Crain The follow ng members were
absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 306
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SUNRISE HILLS/SKYLINE HILLS STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 404
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-282 of the City Council, adopted the 7th day of
May 1984, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street
Improvements in Sunrise Hills/Skyline Hills area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and street improvements to serve the Sunrise Hills/Skyline
Hills area; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 213t
day of May 1984, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted Nay 7, 1984.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. The sanitary sewer shall be installed as outlined in the report
using the shallow sewer line option.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foilowing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ddopte .
