Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th
day of May , 19 84. The following members were

The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 303
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, an application for Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses has been received from Rick Busch on behalf of the Plymouth Park and
Recreation Department, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said licenses are to be used in conjunction with Park. and Recreation
sponsored softball tournaments scheduled for May 19-20, 3uly 21-22, August
17-19, and August 31 -September 3; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses are hereby approved for Rick Busch representing the Plymouth Park and
Recreation Department.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
