Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, NTnnesota, was he don the

i m mber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 302
APPROVING TAXI DRIVER'S LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Taxi Driver's Licenses have been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1145; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants
and finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Taxi Driver's Licenses be approved for the period
from May 7, 1984 through December 31, 1984 for the following: Gary Earnest
Bosch, Gary James Kathman, David Allen Ruble, and Cliff Piper Jr., all employees
of Town Taxi.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moon.
