HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-298CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of May , 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain . The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 298 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROSECT STREET LIGHTING - DEERWOOD ESTATES PLAT III ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 7, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Deerwood Estates Plat III Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council May 7, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted May 7, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereo, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain The following Voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte .
