Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
May , 1984. The following memberswere present: Acting Mayor
Schneider,ouncilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain, The follow ng members were
absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 296
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - DEERWOOD ESTATES PLAT II ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 7, 1984, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Deerwood Estates Plat II Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council May 7, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted May 7, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and t,pon vote being taken thereo, the
following vote n favor there : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
