HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-293CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th da of May 1984. The following m ilers were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, nu ) members Moen, Neils an rain The following members were absent: Mayor avenpor , ouncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 293 AUTHORIZING REMOVAL OF STOP SIGN SOUTH SHORE DRIVE AND MINNESOTA & WESTERN RAILROAD WHEREAS, the Cities of Plymouth and Medicine Lake have determined the need no longer exists for stop signs on South Shore Drie at the Minnesota do Western Railroad; and WHEREAS, the northbound leg of South Shore Dirve is in the city of Plymouth at this point; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Council hereby authorizes the removal of one stop sign on the south side of the Minnesota h Western Railroad tracks for northbound South Shore Drive The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the folLowing voted in favor thereof: Actino Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain The following vote Whereupon the Resolu est or abstained: none , was declared duly passed and adopted.
