Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and saved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 292
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 412
ZACHARY HILLS 3RD ADDITION AND ZACHARY HILLS 4TH ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the developer of Zachary Hills 3rd Addition and Zachary Hills 4th Addi-
tion has petitioned the City to construct watermain, sanitary sewer, streets,
storm sewer and necessary appurtenances within said addition; and
WHEREAS, the developer and owner have waived their right to a public improvement
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNE:OTA:
1. Such Irf rovements are hereby ordered as proposed in the development con-
tract for Zachary Hills 3rd Addition and Zachary Hills 4th Addition.
The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing.
2. Bonestrou, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is hereby designed as the
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifica-
tions for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Neils and Crain
