The follow ng members were 0*0 Councilmomber Neils lntroduCad the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 04- 289 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HENNINCS FIRST ADDITION (79036) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 99 19039 Sohn L.
