The following members were present: h ider ounc members Moen, Neils and Crain The follow members were absent: Mayor Davenport _ oUncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 287 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS FOR AMHURST STH ADDITION STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PR03ECT N0. 432 WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 84-234 adopted April 16, 1984, a report for the street improvements for the proposed Amhurst 8th Addition has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the proposed project Includes installation of bituminous street with concret curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenanees; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 7, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the report hereby received and placed on file. 2. That the improvements contained In the report will be considered with the final plat of Amhurst 9th Addition. 3. That the Improvements be Included with the 1994 Street Program for bidding purposes. 4. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 16, 1984. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing. S. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderllk and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for the Improvement. They shall prepared plans and specifications for the making of such Improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n favor t ereo : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmm;mbers Moen, Neils and Crain ----- e following voted against orabstained: none , Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. rf+► • sa is
