Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-283
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
RANCHVIEW LANE NORTH OF 28TH AVENUE
ADJACENT TO LOT 1, BLOCK 1, METRO INDUSTIR^.L PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Central States Merchandising has petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of a portion of Ranchview Lane adjacent to Lot 1,
Block 1, Metro Industrial Park:
WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation:
That part of Ranchview Lane
METRO INDUSTRIAL PARK lying
across it of the north and
said METRO INDUSTRIAL PARK.
as dedicated in the plat
between the extensions
south line of Lot 1, Block
of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 4, 1984 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the
time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the adminis-
trative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor ereo Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
Neiand Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
