HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-277CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th daY of Ma . 1984 metiers The fallowing were present: Acting Mayor Sc mei er', Cound Imem ers Moeh, Neil; And Crain The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 277 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PASTOR ROGER JOHNSON, FOR WORD OF LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH (84015) WHEREAS, Pastor Roger Johnson, Word of Life Assembly of God Church, has requested ap- proval of a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a church to be located at the northeast corner of State Highway 55 and Oakview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Pastor Roger John- son, Word of Life Assembly of God Church, for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a church to be located at the northeast corner of State Highway 55 and Oakview Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance with a minimum 20 ft. setback from the property line(s). 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and ap- provals per Ordinance provisions. 6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes, unless a specific variance is sought from, and granted by the City Council acting as the Board of Appeals. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two 10 Resolution No. 84- 277 7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved structure, and no outside storage is permitted. 8. No Building Permit shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 9. The alignment of the minor collector street shall be determined by the City Council prior to submittal of the Final Plat. The swtion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Wncilmember Crainand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof :Actino Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen. The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa3seo and adiopted.
