Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Cwwecil of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of May . 1984
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
NeilA and Crain
The TollowIng members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Co ncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION No. 84- 276
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT FOR PASTOR ROGER JOHNSON FOR WORD OF LIFE ASSEMBLY OF
GOD CHURCH (84015)
WHEREAS, Pastor Roger Johnson, Word of Life Assembly of God Church requests approval
of a Preliminary Plat for two lots to be located on the northeast corner of State
Highway 55 and Oakview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PL"WITH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat Pastor Roger
Johnson for Word of Life Assembly of God Church, for two lots located at the north-
east
ortheast corner of State Highway 55 and Oakvlew Lane, subject to the following
conditions.
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for
municipal sewer and water.
4. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding miniwot floor eleva-
tions for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any
open storm water drainage facility.
6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and re-
corded with Hennepin County.
7. No yard setbacks are granted or implied.
8. The alignment of the minor collector street shall be determined by the City
Council prior to submittal of the Final Plat.
