HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-274CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a requiar� meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the --7th day of May . 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Xm—lder, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain were aosenc: Couneilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-274 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR GARY HOLMES, LANCASTER VILLAGE PARTNERSHIP (84005) WHEREAS, Gary Holmes Lancaster Village Partnership, has requested approval of a Con- ditional Use Permit, Site Plan, and Variance for the final 34 -unit apartment building to be constructed in the Lancaster Village Development, east of Lancaster Lane; west of County Road 118, and north of 36th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Gary Holmes, Lan- caster Village Partnership, for a Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan, and Variance to construct the final 34 -unit apartment building in the Lancaster Village Development located east of Lancaster Lane; west of County Road 18, and north of 36th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and ac- cording to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit Issuance. 3. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved facilities shown on the plans dated January 12, 1984. 6. A variance for lot coverage of 22%, on the basis that the development would have been permitted when originally proposed, and due to land taken for right-of-way. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed at Hen- nepin County. 8. No Building Permits to be issued until water and sewer area assessments have been levied. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilme■ber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Council■embers Now, Hells and Crain Yft 0 ow ng votea agaInst orabstained:none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
