HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-271CITY OF PLVMJTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r pular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the 7th day of M _v . 1984. The following mebers were present: Acting Mayer Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and coved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 271 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR PAUL KOCH do ASSIGNS FOR INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY COMPANY (84021) WHEREAS, Paul Koch do Assigns has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment for expansion of the office area in the office/warehouse facility located at 12905 Highway 55; the proposed addition is for 2,000 sq. ft. for a total building size of 18,000 sq. ft; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Paul Koch do Assigns for a Site Plan Amendment for an office expansion for 2,000 sq. ft. to the office/warehouse facility located at 12905 Highway 55, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. One additional over -story tree shall be installed; its location shall be identified on a revised plan prior to issuance of a Building Permit. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the fa - owing voted in favor thereof: Acting mayor Schneider, Counci imembers Moen, Neils and Crain s none Whereupon the Resolution was declared dufy—passed and adopted.
