CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Leld on the 7th day of May . 19 8k
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councimem ers MR,
Neils and Crain
The taro—wingtaro—wing members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 268
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR AMHURST
EIGHTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES (79046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Amhurst Eighth Addition as requested by Hans Hagen Homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No Building Permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for mun-
icipal sewer and water.
3. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part
of the approved RPUD 79-2 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken t reon, t ;;

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed a .
