Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 263
SETTING CONUITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING uc AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT/PLAN FOR
CREEKWOOD HILLS 3RD ADDITION FOR CREEKWOOD HILLS DENTURES (A-648)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat/Plan and '''evelopment Con*ract for
Creekwood Hills 3rd Addition as requested by Creekwood Hills Ventures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Provisions for a 21 ft. wide trail easement per Comprehensive Park Plan, as
verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed
plans as to construction of the trail per City standards.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits
in an amount determined according to verified paving costs and according to
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain v and upon vote bet" taken thereon, the
