HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-260CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due c,ll and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of may , 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Sc nei er, Co—u-n—cn members Moen, Neils and Crain The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 260 DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 84- 259 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation of a portion of Juneau Lane from 12th Avenue to 11th Avenue; and WHEREAS, the vacation is only necessary if the developer proceeds with the platting of the proposed addition; NOW, THEREFORE, aE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution vacating the aforedescribed portion of Juneau Lane until such time as the following conditions occur: a. The City Council has approved the final plat of Parkers Woods Addition. b. The developer has executed the development contract for the Parkers Woods Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n 7avor t ereof:Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain , The following voted against or abstained: none Whbreupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
