Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spprjal meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Mmesota, was a—n---tW 23rd day of

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 255
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRELIMINARY CONCEPT
PLANS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR OAKWOOD PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvement Plan, and

WHEREAS, the approved 1984 CIP allocates $50,000 to be expended for the development
of a parking lot at the Oakwood Playfield, and
WHEREAS, School District 284 has given approval for the development of the parking
lot at the Oakwood Playfield, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has reviewed and finds the development of the
parking lot at Oakwood Playfield in conformance with the overall park plans and
the CIP of the City of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to proceed
with the preparation of preliminary concept plans and cost estimates for a
parking lot for the Oakwood Playfield site. The cost of these plans is to
be charged to the Park Dedication Funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being m�en tthereon, the
fol owing voted in r ereo : Mayor Davenport, Count" members Moen, Nei -is,
Schneider and Crain
