Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of rlyeuth, Hin:eseta, was hold on the CkL day of A�. 19*

webers were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 252
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR THE VIL-
LAGES BY FAZENDIN FOR ROGER FAIENDIN (83061)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Develo Anent Contract for The
Villages by Fazendin as requested by Roger Fazendin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for
municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
6. Covenants be filed on Lots 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9, Block 1; Lots 5, 6, 8, and 9,
Block 2; and, Lots 5, 6, 8, and 9, Block 3, limiting their use for patios,
porches and decks. These lots shall be consolidated with the adjacent parent
lot prior to issuance of a Building Permit for such structural additions.
Otherwise, these lots shall be deemed part of the common open area under the
control of the Homeowner's Association.
7. Between the hours 7:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M., no construction vehicles larger
than 3/4 -ton pickups will be allowed on Vagabond Lane, or Urbandale Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed a adopted.
