Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of April . 19M.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpir"E,- Cou neilwembers Moen, Neils,'
Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 251
APPROVING FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR THE VILLAGES FOR ROGER
FAZENDIN (83061 (RPUD 84-2)
• WHEREAS, Roger Fa-endin has requested approval of the Final Plat/Plan and Development
Contract for The Villages, a plat for 18 single family dwelling units on 12.5 acres
located at 18700 11th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLWIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Roger Fazendin
Final Plat approval for The Villages located at 18700 11th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly wen IsI by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
