Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 23rd

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-249
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO
CONNIE SCOTT, CHAIRMAN, HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Connie Scott has been the Chairperson of the Human Services
Commission of Plymouth, Minnesota since August, 1978 and has served faithfully
in that capacity; and
WHEREAS, she has freely given of her time and energy, without compensation,
for the betterment of the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, she has shown sincere dedication to her duties and has consistently
contributed her leadership and effort in many ways for the benefit of the
City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Connie Scott is hereby extended our heartfelt gratitude and
appreciation for her dedicated service and we wish her continued success in
the future.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
