Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-243
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License has been received from Gregory Robert Dvorsak on behalf
of the New Hope Jaycees, 425 Sunnyridge Lane, North, Golden Valley,
MN 55422, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the New Hope
Jaycee sponsored softball tournament on April 28 and April 29 at
Zachary Playfields; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the
application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License is hereby approved for Gregory Robert Dvorsak representing
the New Hope Jaycees for April 28 and April 29.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemb r Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereo Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen- Nei_L_c_.
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against orabstained: non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—passed and adopted-.—
