Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �resulla�r _ meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washeld on the 16th day of
April , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmemoers oen, Neils. Schneider and Crain . The follow ng members were
absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 242
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 129
COUNTY ROAD 15/I-494 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 129; ane
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvments certain permanent right-of-way
Is required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expendient in the
Interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of'the citizens
of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence
condemnation proceedings for Project No. 129 for the following described
parcel:
That part of the West 170 feet of the East 499.63 feet of the East
one-half of the Southeast one-half lying North of the South 1,000 feet
thereof, and South of the road, in Section 33, Township 118, Range 21,
Hennepin County, Minnesota. (P.I.N. 33-118-22-44-0005)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared-1duly passed and adopted. '
